NOTICE NEW REQUIREMENTS
To be in compliance with Washington state law and Port regulations, it is important that you update your boat insurance to reflect the following:
- General liability with a minimum of $500,000
- Legal liability with a minimum of $500,000
- Pollution liability with a minimum of $500,000
- Port listed as an additional insured by endorsement.*
* Only tenants who have maintained continuous tenancy prior to January 1, 2018, and have provided the Port with adequate insurance documentation, may be exempt from listing the Port as an additional insured by endorsement.
