The Port of Edmonds in partnership with the City of Edmonds, ESC (Antique Mall Property Owner), and the Skippers Property, (McNaughton Group Owner *) have been meeting over the last year and a half to discuss possible development opportunities of the properties. Background information from these meetings are included on this site for you, the Public, to review and gain an understanding of the effort that went before the public process started.

Also included on this site is information from the Citizens Work Group that met in July of this year. This group formulated the design elements that helped the property owners and architect formulate the plans that will lead to the preferred alternative for the proposed property redevelopment.

The owner's group Public Involvement process has been completed. Information and recaps from each of the Public meetings and presentations to service and professional organizations is included on this site.
