The Port asked for the community to submit their names if they were interested in participating in a work group to provide input to the property owners and the architect on developing design criteria for the redevelopment program. Over fifty citizens responded. Thirty-three were selected.
This small group of citizens met for three sessions in July 2007 and helped to develop the criteria for the architect to formulate the initial plan alternates. This section includes the process and the work of this group of citizens.
