During the third meeting of the citizen group in July, Mark Hinshaw, LMN Architects, presented an overview of the basic concepts in Urban Development. A recap of these concepts is presented in this section. The basic concept shows that concealing parking and allowing for higher density, will provide for more public amenities and will foster a more attractive and appealing pedestrian environment.
