Conceptual Refined Plan - Public Meeting - Oct. 25, 2007The following conceptual refined design has been developed by LMN Architects for the Public Meeting held October 25, 2007 at City Hall. The design is still very preliminary and represents possible concepts for the redevelopment of Harbor Square, the Antique Mall and Skippers' properties. It is expected that a final plan will be different from this Refined Plan as the public process continues.
The Refined Plan has taken elements from previous plans (see Public Meeting 10/4) and incorporated these elements into this refined plan. The plan is a mixed use development consisting of residential, office, retail and public open space.
