Concept Designs Public Meeting – Oct. 4, 2007

The following concept designs have been developed by LMN Architects for the Public Meeting held October 4, 2007 at City Hall. The designs are very preliminary and represent possible concepts for the redevelopment of Harbor Square, the Antique Mall and Skippers properties.

There are five concepts showing possible designs from build out under existing codes to a build out with higher structures and expanded open space and amenities. You will notice that as buildings get taller, there is the opportunity for more open space and unique amenities and features for the public.
