The Harbor Square and Antique Mall Properties Phase 1 Economic Analysis was compiled by Hebert Research Inc., a well respected nationally known economic analysis firm. This stage of the analysis provides the property owners preliminary data about demographics in the immediate area, as well as retail, office, and housing demand both currently and in a five year time frame.
Phase 2 of the analysis may occur in the future when the decision is made that development will happen on the site.
