PAY AT THE PUMP FUELING SYSTEM

All tenants who wish to charge fuel to their tenant account will now need a Port of Edmonds Fuel Card for the outside
Pay-at-the-Pump system. We will no longer be able to charge fuel to tenant accounts from inside the fuel dock or office.

Remember having the fuel card allows you to fuel 24/7, so call the Marina Operations office at 425-775-4588 to schedule your training today.

Current Card Users: To avoid problems at the pump – please remember : 1. Swipe Card 2. Enter Pump Number A. Confirm pump display does not show PUMP BUSY 3. Hit Enter 4. Go to Dispenser remove nozzle 5. Lift Lever 6. Begin Fueling 7. Fueling complete? – Put lever down and return nozzle to dispenser. 8. f you want a receipt – Go back to the pedestal after you pump your fuel: A. Swipe Card B. If the printer is jammed or out of paper the screen will say "receipt may not be available" if this happens contact the fuel dock attendant C. It will ask if you want a receipt – Y ( yes) or N ( No)

Best Management Practices BOAT FUELING Report oil and fuel spills immediately to Marina Operations, Washington State’s hotline at 1(800) OILS-911 and the National Response Center 1-800-424-8802. If you cause a spill, stop it at the source and start to clean it up immediately. Do not pour liquid detergent onto the spill. This is illegal, makes recovery impossible and makes the spill worse under the surface. Do not “top-off” or overfill tanks. Know your fuel tank capacity and don’t wait for fuel to spill out of the overflow vent to indicate full. Remember warm weather and direct sunlight can cause expansion and a fuel vent spill. In-line fuel/air separators and indicator whistles can be installed to reduce fuel vent spills. Place a bucket or an absorbent pad at the fuel vent in case of accidental overflow. Special no-spill containers are available for this purpose. Do not hose down accidental fuel spills. Use absorbent pads when feasible.

You can obtain a receipt for your fuel dispensed at the Pay At the Pump terminal by:
After fueling, swipe your card, it will ask if you want a receipt - Y (yes) or N (No)

You can obtain a receipt for this transaction by swiping your card within 24 hours of the time you pumped fuel.
