The Port of Edmonds first established a professional landscape program in 1992. Port staff took over this program in 1999. The Port of Edmonds Landscape Program consists of numerous seasonal beds, containers, and barrels that are changed in the late spring and early fall. In addition to the flowers, all beds consist of trees, shrubs, and groundcovers with seasonal interest. All annuals are listed by cultivar and common name. Perennials, grasses, groundcovers, and trees in containers are list by Genus, species, cultivar and common name.
Please click the Location Map link on the menu to the left to view a pdf file showing each location.
A list of annuals, perennials, grasses, roses, trees, shrubs, and ground covers planted during the 2008 summer season are listed on each page. Some substitutions or changes might be made during planting. Thank you for your interest in the Port of Edmonds Landscape Program.
